📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize our inventory using our proprietary system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their orders and inquiries.
- Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist in the management of our website and e-commerce platform.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
- Support the marketing team with promotional materials and campaigns.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
