Quick Code Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Bojonegoro. As a Deputy Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, and supporting the Warehouse Manager in achieving our company goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and to resolve any issues that may arise.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about company policies and procedures, and to maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Conduct regular audits of the warehouse to identify areas for improvement and to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as order accuracy, cycle times, and inventory turnover.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role, with at least 2 years of experience in a management position.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Proven experience in inventory management, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and ABC analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
