As an English-Speaking Warehouse Recorder, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities. Your daily tasks will include recording incoming and outgoing shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and updated.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including stock levels, movement, and usage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners in English.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
