Cloud Town Sentosa is seeking a skilled and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in our café and remotely. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and teamwork.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Assist in stocking and managing inventory.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and supplies.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
