Your daily tasks will include monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies to increase our sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online sales channels, including our website and social media platforms.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to provide excellent support to our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online sales and e-commerce.
• Conduct regular reviews of our sales processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new sales initiatives and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in online sales or a related role.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
