📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end and year-end closing.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is required; local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
