📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and stock control.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their queries and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure that all medications are dispensed accurately and in accordance with prescribed dosages.
• Assist in the preparation of medication charts and patient records.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure that patients receive the correct medications and treatments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practices and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Promote a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with a preference for experience in a healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as required.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
