📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
