📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and implement documentation standards and procedures,Train and support end-users on the use of technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs,Create and maintain user manuals, quick reference guides, and other types of technical documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
