📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the business,Coordinate with department heads to achieve organizational goals,Manage and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity,Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and tools,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
