As a Calibration Engineer at KL Analytical Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement equipment. You will work closely with our team of engineers, technicians, and quality assurance professionals to maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. In this role, you will perform daily calibrations using a variety of equipment, including but not limited to, pH meters, spectrophotometers, and chromatographs. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform calibration and verification of measurement equipment according to ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of calibration equipment.
• Develop and implement calibration procedures and protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff.
• Monitor and maintain calibration records and documentation.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance calibration processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in calibration engineering or a similar role.
• Proven experience in ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and compliance.
• Familiarity with calibration software such as LabView, National Instruments, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of analytical instrumentation and measurement principles.
