📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist sales team in achieving targets by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Support stock management and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials, including displays and promotional items.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales promotions and events.
• Assist in the organization of sales meetings and presentations.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of retail products and consumer trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales software.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
