📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end operations and transaction management for Carsome’s platform in Bali.
• Manage inventory, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless transactions.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and operational excellence.
• Leverage data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI to monitor and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations and transaction managers.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations and transaction management, preferably in the automotive or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
