In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
