Cafe Hana Computer is looking for a Lead Bookkeeper to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bank statements.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
