📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
