In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the coordination and management of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and routing.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to drivers and other team members as needed.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing fleet operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
