📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the outlet.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Work with the corporate office to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,Experience with marketing and promotional strategies.
