📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company.
Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
Collaborating with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding.
Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to attract top talent.
Providing feedback to candidates and offering guidance throughout the hiring process.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment.
Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Familiarity with social media and online job boards for recruitment purposes.
