📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies,Facilitate employee relations and address any concerns or issues,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian
