As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
