📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing and maintaining customer records and sales data.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to the sales team.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-ups and meetings.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Support the sales team in preparing for client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist in organizing and participating in sales team meetings and events.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
