📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and financial reports.

Manage the month-end closing process, including accounts payable and receivable.

Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.

Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.

Train and mentor junior accountants.

Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.

Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
