📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the smooth operation of assigned hotel property by overseeing daily activities and managing staff.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure all areas of the hotel are functioning efficiently.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the property meets or exceeds targets.,Train and develop front office staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.,Work closely with the hotel management team to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing hotel operations and staff effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and practices.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
