📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sustainable agricultural practices and strategies to minimize environmental impact.,Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our operations.,Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and KPIs.,Lead and mentor sustainability team members, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainable agriculture.,Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on sustainable practices.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.,Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainable practices in agricultural operations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.,Familiarity with agricultural practices and technologies.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
