📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.,Manage inventory levels and order fulfillment to meet production demands.,Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
