📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and performance.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong leadership and management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
