📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greets and seats guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Takes and relays food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Ensures high standards of food and beverage presentation.,Manages tables and coordinates with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.,Handles customer complaints and resolves issues professionally.,Maintains a clean and organized work area.,Adheres to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Assists in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food presentation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Valid food handling certificate and health and safety certification.
