📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of mobile assets, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and effective management of mobile assets.
• Monitor and analyze mobile asset performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure optimal utilization of mobile assets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to mobile asset management.
• Lead and manage a team of mobile asset management professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Represent the company in industry forums and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mobile asset management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mobile asset management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in mobile asset management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the mining and mineral industry is a plus.
