📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as a bridge between Japanese and Indonesian teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and meetings between Japanese and Indonesian.
• Provide IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our company's IT systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian, with a strong understanding of both cultures.
• Proven experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and workstations.
