📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from tenants and customers.
• Verify and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain and update the accounts receivable system, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and customers, addressing any issues or concerns related to payments and financial transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
