Collection Coordinator - Ambon Branch

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track delinquent accounts using our in-house collection system.
• Conduct follow-up calls and visits to customers to negotiate repayment plans.
• Coordinate with loan officers to ensure timely resolution of delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers with delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient collection process.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to debt recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with our in-house collection system is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Ability to travel within the Maluku region as required.
