As a Corporate & Dispute Resolution Legal Associate at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and dispute resolution matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide practical, strategic solutions. This role offers the chance to work on diverse and challenging cases, develop your legal expertise, and grow within a supportive and collaborative team.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate and dispute resolution matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and dispute resolution protocols
- Assist in the negotiation and resolution of disputes, including mediation and arbitration
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal arguments in court or before regulatory bodies
- Provide training and support to junior legal staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or dispute resolution law
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international corporate and dispute resolution laws
- Experience with legal software, such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or LexisNexis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
