📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the procurement operations team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the procurement team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement operations, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Understanding of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
