📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential customers for new and used car financing products.
• Present and explain BRI Finance financing options to customers, highlighting benefits and terms.
• Assist customers in completing and submitting financing applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Follow up with customers to update them on the status of their applications and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application statuses using CRM software.
• Stay updated on BRI Finance product offerings and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective marketing and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
• Strong understanding of BRI Finance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in the automotive finance industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
