📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and trends.
• Create and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and grow social media presence across various platforms, engaging with followers and driving conversions.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to local businesses, helping them to scale their online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement tailored strategies for our clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving growth and engagement for e-commerce businesses.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
